Shipping is approx 5-8 working days due to supplier delays.
We are still producing and sending orders but with possible longer turnround.
Our main distributor is starting to send orders from Thursday the 23rd. They have advised shipping stock to us will be 2-5 instead of the usual next day. As such it may take longer than our normal 3-5 working days to send out your order as we are receiving the stock 3-5 days later than pre-virus, and then any delays Royal Mail may have.
If you have a deadline for your order please ask on Facebook Messenger before ordering and we will advise how likley it will be.
We will try our best to keep to the shipping date for your order but under the current circumstances it may go over. As soon as we receive the plain stock orders are being processed. At present we are going over on some orders by 2-3 days but in general orders are going out fine.

Two of our main suppliers have suspended deliveries for an undefined period. As such there is no availability for the following brands.

All order production is in a non public closed enviroment.
DTG T-shirts has been monitoring the latest goverenment advice on the Covid-19 outbreak. During these times the health and well-being of our staff and customers is very important.
Please be assured our supply chain is unaffected and goods and supplies continue to move freely and UK deliveries to our customers are unaffected.
As we are an online company we do not have many customers visiting our premises but internally we have taken measures to minimise any risks. Standards of hygiene are being followed, with more frequent cleaning, hand sanitiser and disinfectant sprays available to all plus lots of handwashing.
Any staff that are able to work from home have that option.
We still want to adopt a “business as usual“ policy with phone support being limited but you can message through social media or e-mail.
Of course we are monitoring the situation and will review our policy as the news unfolds. These are difficult times for everyone but we are still determined to provide the usual service for our customers.
