Turnround is 5-8 working days, excluding postage time, due to supplier delays.
During the current situation we will be continuing with our present Covid service levels.
It would not be advisable to order if you have a strict deadline due to the Royal Mail service distruptions. We can not bring your order forward up the queue.
* Turnround is 5-8 'Working Days' (excluding weekends) to the point of posting.
* Your despatch date can be found in your dashboard.
* Royal Mail/Parcelforce are a separate company to ourselves and as such we have no control over their service levels. During Covid they have had issues with staff on Furlough that has affected delivery times. In some cases a normal First Class delivery has taken 2 weeks to arrive. It's not ideal but everything we send has arrived and is tracked.
* Please only contact about order delivery if you have not received your order 9 working days after you've received your shipping notification. We currently have fewer staff due to furlough so cannot afford the time to reply to shipping enquiries.
* Customers will not be able to vist our premises during this period.
